Where the office is, and how to reach it
The practice works from 311 Sathi Apartment, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi – 110085. The two nearest Metro stations are Rohini West and Rithala, both on the Red Line, and both within a short auto ride of Sector 9. Coming from central Delhi, Rithala is the end of the line, so you will usually get a seat on the way back.
If you are driving, Sector 9 sits off the Outer Ring Road approach into Rohini. Street parking around the Sathi Apartment block is limited during working hours, so allow a few extra minutes if you are bringing files rather than travelling light.
Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. An appointment is worth making: filings are reviewed and signed off by the Chartered Accountant rather than delegated, so a walk-in at a busy point in the GST or ITR cycle may mean a wait.
Who we work with in Rohini
Rohini is largely residential, with commercial activity concentrated in pockets rather than spread across a single market. Most of the practice’s local work comes from four groups.
- Traders and retailers around the Sector 5 and Sector 3 market areas, typically registered under GST and filing monthly or under QRMP.
- Small manufacturers and workshops in and around the Rithala industrial belt, where input credit and e-way bill discipline matter more than anywhere else in the area.
- Professionals and consultants — doctors, architects, IT contractors and independent consultants across Rohini, Prashant Vihar and Pitampura, usually filing under section 44ADA and dealing with TDS credits rather than GST complexity.
- Non-profit trusts and societies, a steady presence in North-West Delhi, needing 12AB and 80G registration and the annual Form 10B and ITR-7 cycle.
Salaried individuals across the area form the fifth group, mostly at ITR time and mostly with capital gains, house property or AIS mismatches that make the return less simple than it first looks.
Services from the Rohini office
The full scope is set out on each service page. What follows is how each one usually arrives from a Rohini client.
- GST. New registrations for traders crossing the threshold, and monthly or quarterly return filing thereafter. See GST registration for Rohini businesses.
- Income tax. Returns for salaried individuals, professionals and firms, and replies where a 143(1) intimation or an AIS mismatch has already landed. See ITR filing and notice replies.
- Company and LLP. Incorporation for consultants formalising a practice, and the annual ROC cycle that follows. See company and LLP registration.
- Trusts and societies. Formation, and the 12AB and 80G applications donors now ask for as a matter of course. See trust and society registration with 12AB and 80G.
- Deeds and agreements. Partnership deeds, rent agreements, gift deeds and wills. See deed drafting and Sub-Registrar formalities.
- Accounting and audit. Monthly bookkeeping, statutory audit and tax audit under section 44AB. See bookkeeping and statutory audit.
- Investment planning. Structuring around section 80C and capital gains timing, on an advisory basis only. See tax-efficient investment planning.
Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh and the North-West Delhi belt
Being in Sector 9 means a client in Rohini, Pitampura, Shalimar Bagh or Prashant Vihar can reach the office and be back at work the same morning — which matters when a notice arrives with a short reply window and the originals need to be seen rather than scanned.
Beyond that belt, the practical answer is usually a mix: documents exchanged online, one meeting in person where the engagement needs it. Whether a matter can be completed entirely remotely depends on the filing and on any authority-specific requirement, such as physical verification in a GST registration.
Common questions from Rohini clients
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
You can walk in during office hours, but an appointment is better. Work is reviewed and signed off by the Chartered Accountant personally, so during the GST or ITR filing peak a walk-in may involve a wait. Calling ahead also means we can tell you which documents to bring.
Which Metro station should I use?
Rohini West or Rithala, both on the Red Line. Rithala is the terminus, which makes the return journey easier if you are heading back towards central Delhi.
Can I drop documents without staying for a meeting?
Yes. Many engagements start with documents being left or sent, followed by a call once they have been reviewed. What we cannot do is file on records we have not examined, so a drop-off shortens the meeting rather than removing it.
My GST registration needs physical verification. Does the office location help?
Verification is carried out at your principal place of business by the jurisdictional officer, not at ours, so our location does not change it. Being nearby does make it easier to get the premises documentation in order beforehand, which is where most verification problems actually originate.
Do you work with clients outside Rohini?
Yes, across Delhi NCR and elsewhere in India, through online document exchange. The Rohini office matters most for clients who want to hand over originals and discuss a matter face to face at short notice.
